Lemon Blueberry and Chicken Salad Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS

6 ounces fat-free lemon yogurt3 tablespoons light mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons lemon zest
3 cups cubed chicken breast2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup celery1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup red bell pepper 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix yogurt, mayonaise, salt, lemon zest in mixing bowl.
  2. Add chicken breast, blueberries, celery, green onions, and red bell pepper. Gently combine.
  3. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!
